Architectural Assistant at Bath Architecture Show 2014
Andy, who has recently joined us as an architectural assistant, has just returned from the University of Bath Architecture Show 2014 in London, where he displayed his final degree work. The show, featured in the AJ magazine’s best student shows, showed the department’s strong emphasis on construction and tectonics. Of particular interest was the Basil Spence project which final year architecture students do in their first semester in conjunction with the civil engineers, resulting in schemes which demonstrate a strong understanding interdisciplinary design. Having graduated with first class honours, Andy will continue to develop his architectural experience at Esmond Murray Architects through involvement with various schemes and clients.
