The practice was established by Esmond in 1991 after having been a director of McColl Architecture, London & Bristol. Prior to this, he was the architectural director of a multi-discipline design consultancy based in London and Bristol overseeing schemes in the UK and overseas. As well as architectural and planning work Esmond undertakes work in construction disputes as an Expert Witness and gives advice to churches and charities. In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar, golf and walking his dog, Bob.

Richard Williams-Lock, Senior Architectural Technician

Richard has taken a lead role on projects using his considerable experience with major housing developers. Richard likes traditional design with a modern influence and enjoys detailing timber frame schemes. One of his favourite projects has been St Johns Priory, where he was involved from feasibility to site supervision, and even laying concrete block paviors on site. When not watching his favourite football team, Richard can be found in the show ring with his French Sheep Dogs.

Ben Donadel, BA(Hons) B.Arch, PGcert, ARB, RIBA

Ben is now in his seventeenth year with the practice.
