The site for this development of three detached houses is a detached house sitting in the centre of a large garden situated adjacent the Green Belt and Bath’s Skyline Walk. 

The four bedroomed houses are arranged informally to take account of the mature trees.and are accessed from a new winding driveway off Flatwoods Road.  

One of the houses was bought by Mr & Mrs Brewis; this is their testimonial.
