Puckle Barn

This Grade 2 listed barn conversion has a number of interesting features:

Heating is by a ground source heat pump. Ventilation is provided by a an MVHR system (mechanical ventilation with heat recovery). It has a vacuum cleaning system bringing all the dust etc through ductwork to a central storage area. It also has an electronic system that controls the security, lighting, sound, blinds and heating; this allows remote control of all these systems when away from the house.
