Regents Park, London

Regents Park, London

83-86 Prince Albert Road, Regents Park, London

These six luxury apartments are  situated on the north side of  London’s Regents Park.

Each apartment occupies a complete floor and enjoys spectacular views over the Park and beyond.

The site is within the Regents Park Conservation Area and in addition to conservation area consent the scheme required the approval of the Royal Fine Arts Commission.

The building has reinforced concrete walls and floors clad externally with a mixture of face brickwork and precast stone banding; the roof is terne-coated stainless steel which has now weathered to look like lead.

Each apartment has four double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, drawing room, dining room, family room, kitchen and spare room. To avoid unnecessary exposure to traffic noise each apartment is air-conditioned which complements the underfloor heating.

Each apartment has 2 parking spaces in the basement which is accessed by a hydraulic car lift.

All apartments are protected by a high level of security including CCTV cameras and every window is protected by a steel security grille positioned on the inside to avoid any detrimental effect to its setting in the Conservation Area.
